A total of 223 GLP fixtures were deployed across both stages at CLOUT Festival 2026, one of Poland’s largest hip-hop festivals. The lighting system comprised 60 JDC Burst 1, 74 JDC2 IP, 50 Creos and 39 WildBar 16 fixtures. Overall technical production was handled by ARAM, Poland’s largest provider of event technology and technical production services.
For AV LIGHT, GLP’s official distributor in Poland, CLOUT Festival reflects the brand’s growing presence on major Polish stages and in technical riders. This is not simply a matter of more fixtures entering rental inventories, but also of designers, programmers and touring crews becoming increasingly familiar with the products.
JDC Burst 1 builds momentum in riders and rental inventories
With 60 units in use, the GLP JDC Burst 1 had a significant presence at CLOUT Festival. The IP65-rated hybrid strobe is now stocked by numerous Polish rental companies and is increasingly demanded on the technical riders of major concert and festival productions.
For rental companies, this level of rider acceptance is an important consideration. The more frequently a fixture is specified by designers, the more familiar programmers become with it and the easier it is to source additional units from the rental market when required, ultimately making the investment more versatile and effective across a wider range of productions.
JDC Burst 1 combines strobe, wash, pixel effects and graphic looks in a single fixture. This makes it particularly versatile for contemporary concert productions, where lighting designs often call for rapid transitions between hard white hits, broad color washes, pixel chases and intense strobe effects.
JDC2 IP takes the hybrid strobe concept to a larger scale
With 74 units in the rig, the JDC2 IP fixtures became part of the stage design itself, forming a coherent visual structure rather than functioning simply as individual lights. Movement, waves, gradients and graphic effects can be programmed across large groups of units, creating effects that extend across substantial areas of the rig.
This reflects a broader trend in contemporary lighting design: fixtures are increasingly used not only to illuminate performers and scenery, but as integral elements of the overall visual composition. For festival applications, its IP65 rating also makes JDC2 IP well suited to the unpredictable conditions of outdoor productions.
GLP Creos and WildBar 16 extend the system
50 GLP Creos fixtures added large-scale wash effects to the CLOUT rig while also acting as visual elements within the stage design. A further 39 GLP WildBar 16 fixtures introduced additional linear and graphic structures into the lighting architecture. Both fixture types are IP65-rated.
ARAM delivers technical production across both stages
ARAM was responsible for technical production on both stages at CLOUT Festival 2026. Its scope included the planning and implementation of the multimedia and lighting systems as well as preparation, logistics, installation, configuration and on-site technical support.
With numerous international artists on the line-up, the festival infrastructure had to accommodate different touring teams, technical riders and individual show concepts. On productions of this scale, access to established, rider-friendly systems is therefore an important part of delivering the required flexibility.
For AV LIGHT, CLOUT Festival reflects GLP’s growing position in the Polish market. From the distributor’s perspective, the number of fixtures entering the market is only one part of the equation. Greater availability increases the likelihood of products being used on major productions, which in turn builds familiarity among designers and programmers and can lead to them being specified more frequently.
GLP’s JDC Burst 1 is already well established in this respect. The extensive use of JDC2 IP, Creos and WildBar 16 at CLOUT Festival shows that the wider GLP portfolio is increasingly moving in the same direction.
