The GLP impression X5 IP Maxx is a next generation LED wash light, based on its well-loved predecessor, the X4 XL. With a 16:1 zoom mechanism for intense light and a sleek circular design, it’s imposing yet elegant. The X5 Maxx is lightweight and IP65 certified, making it suitable for any weather. Easy to install, and and controllable via DMX, ArtNet, sACN, LumenRadio CRMX, NFC, and iQ.Mesh – this fixture combines power and versatility to the Maxx.

The GLP impression X5 IP Maxx delivers an extraordinary luminous flux of up to 24,000 lumens, featuring an expanded color space from 37 powerful 40-watt RGBL LEDs.

Equipped with the new iQ.Gamut color algorithm, the impression X5 IP Maxx generates a clean white point with a CRI of 90 and TLCI of 90 at 6,500 Kelvin. It also offers the option of quickly switching to other fixed color temperatures, all precisely calibrated to the color temperature curve. Even with warm white light at 3,200 Kelvin, it maintains a color quality of CRI 85 and TLCI 75.

With the new 16:1 zoom mechanism, the impression X5 IP Maxx delivers up to 3.3 Mcd light intensity, a penetrating 3.5° parallel beam, and up to 60° homogeneous wash light. The circular lens design offers a modern look, and additional dynamic looks can be generated using individual pixel control with pixel mapping and integrated dynamic pattern effects.

The impression X5 IP Maxx comes with an extensive feature and effects package, including a virtual color wheel with access to 64 colors from the LEE filter palette, new color quality control, magenta/green correction, a tungsten simulation and effects channel, and a 2-layer effect option.

Thanks to the IP65 certification, the fixture can be used both indoors and outdoors in any weather. The compact design, weighing less than 30 kg, is designed for easy installation in standard pre-rig truss systems.

The impression X5 IP Maxx can be controlled via DMX, ArtNet, sACN, and LumenRadio CRMX. It also has NFC and the iQ.Mesh module for convenient configuration via the GLP iQ.Service app.
